This is a link to my newest research paper on Poverty, Inequality and the World Distribution of Income.

Once again the results are clear: in the era of globalization, POVERTY HAS FALLEN, INEQUALITY HAS DECLINED AND GLOBAL WELFARE HAS INCREASED DRAMATICALLY.

It is interesting to note the behavior of Africa over the last two decades. Poverty in Africa has also declined. And this is good news.
